Stay current. Avoid the bullshit. Feel a little less alone in CX and tech.

Three formats, one newsletter, no schedule and no sponsors.

Nobody pays me to write this. Nobody pays to read it either.

Issues go out whenever they're ready. All of it free, none of it behind a wall.

Bad Job Bingo

I read CX job listings so you don't have to.

Every listing gets a full, honest breakdown — the red flags, the hidden gems, and everything in between. No salary range? "We're like a family"? Five jobs in one paycheck? Noted. Good ones get celebrated too.

I started rating job listings because I was frustrated. I kept going because apparently so were you.

The Roundup

What's happening in CX and tech.

Industry news, community shoutouts, events worth knowing, accomplishments worth celebrating, and takes I'm absolutely not keeping to myself. Chaotic? Sometimes. Always useful.

This started as me forwarding links to coworkers with commentary. It's the same thing now, just with more swearing.

Deep Dives

When a paragraph won't cover it.

The long ones. A single story followed all the way down — what happened, who it landed on, and what it means for the people who have to answer for it in the queue.

Occasionally a story won't leave me alone. This is where it goes.

Read a few issues

One of each format, and three of my favorites.

And then read the rest
