In my defense, I did say that I wouldn't spam you. Look at me keeping my word!

Today's issue brings you 51 new resources in blogs, communities, job boards, learning, newsletters, and podcasts.

All of these were added last year, and I'm gearing up to start updating the site again. If you create or manage a resource that falls into any of the categories on the site, please send them to me so I can make sure Support Human Resources is a robust tool for CX folks.
