Customer Solutions Consultant
Spiff | $75,000-$108,000
Steph's Notes:
So much casual (and occasionally weirdly aggressive) ableism in this job listing:
We are looking for intelligent, analytical people with solid interpersonal skills for this role.
As opposed to what, rude dummies?
Highly analytical thinker with an innate ability to mentally map complex systems.
Must be able to re-enact the Sherlock mind palace scene on queue!
Professional, Reliable
I am DEEPLY curious about the kind of candidates they've gotten that they feel the need to specify these extremely basic qualities. How low is their bar?
The video on their careers page is 1) a product sales pitch, and 2) all dudes. Is the entire leadership team just dudes?
Worked here?
I rated the posting. You might know the place. Anything you can add about what the job is actually like is worth more than my read of the job description โ that's the whole reason this box is here.
Before you post
Disagree with me all you like โ that's half the point. Don't come after other readers, don't post anyone's private details, don't pitch anything, and don't post anything you didn't write yourself. I delete what breaks that and I don't argue about it. Full version โ
Something off in this thread? Send me a note and say which post it's on.

Read this bit first
Comments on a job listing are public, and the company can read them. If you work there now, or you're mid-process with them, post under a name they wouldn't recognise. It takes ten seconds and nobody here will think less of you for it.
One ask on how you write it: stick to what happened to you. My manager told me the on-call rota was optional lands harder than this company lies to candidates โ and it's a lot harder to argue with.
