Roles and Responsibilities
- As an Implementation Lead you will drive customer adoption by hosting Training and Q&A calls and creating how-to guides and videos.
- Communicate with executives and client site teams to understand their implementation goals and deliver Vero success.
- You need the strong ability to multi-task while staying organized and agile with project management.
- Encompass problem solving, critical thinking to maximum client satisfaction of our product and to cultivate positive partnerships with customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with VERO Sales, Marketing, CSMs, Product & Engineering, and Support teams to create a seamless customer journey and improve product functionality.
- You will work daily in our technology operations platforms such as Google Suite, Guru, GuideCX, Salesforce, Jira, Canva, Adobe, and Slack.
- Multi-family housing/PropTech experience is a plus.
- Project Management experience is a plus.
