About the job

1v1Me is a platform that allows you to stake on others playing video games. We are building an esports community fueled by staking and entertainment.

1v1Me is a fully-remote team. We focus on providing an environment that encourages learning and growth, giving you the opportunity to lead your own projects and take pride in the work you do.

This is an opportunity to join a small team in our customer support department.

As a Customer Support Agent you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email and live chat promptly and professionally.
  • Address and resolve customer issues related to disputes, tournaments, billing problems, product/service inquiries, and general user concerns.
  • Provide clear and concise information to customers, ensuring they understand the resolution or steps needed to resolve their issues.
  • Monitor and manage chat queues to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and maintain high-quality customer service.
  • Maintain and exceed set metric goals for response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher levels of support or management as necessary.

  • You are an excellent communicator with strong written communication skills, able to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Problem-solving is second nature to you, and you have a knack for finding creative solutions to customer issues.
  • Multitasking is in your DNA, and you can effectively manage multiple chat conversations and customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • You exhibit empathy and patience when dealing with upset or frustrated customers, always striving to provide a positive experience.
  • Deep passion for gaming and betting-related products.
