Original Job Description: Enterprise Customer Success Manager

At Finout, we've developed a powerful SaaS tool aimed at helping companies achieve a deeper understanding of their cloud service costs and manage them more effectively. We're proud to have global customers like the New York Times, Wiz, Choice Hotels, BigPanda, Mobileye, and plenty more. Our company is rapidly growing, all while maintaining a young and fun vibe!

We are looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for handling Customer Success activities in the US. This is a unique opportunity to join a quickly accelerating startup in a hot space and make an outsized impact to the trajectory of the company.

We offer a competitive salary. The range will be between $110,000 - $140,000, annually.

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of the customer’s onboarding, enablement, and value-realization processes.
  • Managing the complete customer lifecycle with an emphasis on adoption, renewal, and growth.
  • Proactively identify risk factors and act as the voice of the customer internally.
  • Technical assistance and support collaboration for the entire US Enterprise segment.
  • Become a FinOps trusted advisor with customers with providing tailored recommendations.
  • Work closely with the product team, in order to help drive the direction of the product.

Requirements

  • At least 2-4 years of experience as an Enterprise/Strategic Customer Success Manager.
  • Previous experience or familiarity in at least one of the following: FinOps, IT Governance, Cloud & containerization, database, or IT Tooling.
  • Strong Project Management and customer-relations skills.
  • Ability to provide enablement and customer support to US Enterprise customers.
  • University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • A self-motivated team player with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
