Senior Support Specialist APAC
SOCRadar | No comp given
Steph's Notes:
There certainly could be a language barrier here, but all of the Support role descriptions from this company are odd in the same ways. I'm not at all clear on what distinguishes them, seniority-wise, since they all have essentially the same requirements, just slightly different levels of experience required.

Worked here?
I rated the posting. You might know the place. Anything you can add about what the job is actually like is worth more than my read of the job description β that's the whole reason this box is here.
Before you post
Disagree with me all you like β that's half the point. Don't come after other readers, don't post anyone's private details, don't pitch anything, and don't post anything you didn't write yourself. I delete what breaks that and I don't argue about it. Full version β
Something off in this thread? Send me a note and say which post it's on.

Read this bit first
Comments on a job listing are public, and the company can read them. If you work there now, or you're mid-process with them, post under a name they wouldn't recognise. It takes ten seconds and nobody here will think less of you for it.
One ask on how you write it: stick to what happened to you. My manager told me the on-call rota was optional lands harder than this company lies to candidates β and it's a lot harder to argue with.
