About the job
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at That's Great News. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have. You will serve as the main point of contact for our customers and will work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Assist customers with product recommendations and provide information on pricing and availability
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to address customer needs and ensure timely delivery of products
- Identify and escalate any customer concerns or trends to the appropriate teams for resolution
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or a related role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
