Steph's Notes:
Who is AiDash?
That is a fantastic question.
When you join us, youβre joining our vision to create a greener, cleaner, safer planet β for everyone β from space.
But...but what do you do?
Existing software systems and traditional solutions have failed to transform operations, maintenance, and sustainability for core industries. But the AiDash platform uses satellite analytics and AI to monitor assets at scale and empower our full-stack, vertical SaaS solution.
BUT WHAT DOES THAT MEAN
Working 1-on-1 with key clients at pilot customers to understand their business objectives and determine how our products and analytics can deliver value at scale, in terms of cost savings, efficiency improvements, and other key business metrics.
I'm just laughing helplessly now.
Demonstrated skill in powerful communications, and real-time problem solving in ambiguity.
I can't. I give up.
Listen this is nonsense but they're hiring a ton so just go to their website I'm gonna lay down on the floor for a minute

What is the Role?
Customer Success & Transformation Managers play a critical role in helping AiDash achieve its vision. - Leading cross-functional pilot delivery teams to ensure customers achieve maximum value creation from AiDash products, above and beyond their expectations.
- Identifying and managing analyses needed (financial to environmental to geospatial) to help clients achieve value.
- Managing the deployment of our products within time and budget goals, and leading clients through change management to ensure our products are working seamlessly with their workflows and crafting the story to drive the need for change.
- Continuing to lead the customer engagement post-implementation, ensuring customers remain champions for AiDash.

- Demonstrated skill in powerful communications, and real-time problem solving in ambiguity.
- Experience in managing project stakeholders, including C-level executives at large corporations / Fortune 500 companies.
- A self-motivated individual with a desire to βroll up their sleevesβ, listen empathetically to customers and work with them to discover solutions.
- A strong team leader, comfortable working with cross-functional internal and external teams β business, analytics, technology, data science, and product.
- Post-graduate in business discipline from a Tier I institution would be a plus.
- Finally, the intellectual curiosity to lead in a career that combines AI, geospatial sensing, climate, and client service, and the ability to convert these topics into a passion for solving the worldβs most significant problems!
Worked here?
I rated the posting. You might know the place. Anything you can add about what the job is actually like is worth more than my read of the job description β that's the whole reason this box is here.
Before you post
Disagree with me all you like β that's half the point. Don't come after other readers, don't post anyone's private details, don't pitch anything, and don't post anything you didn't write yourself. I delete what breaks that and I don't argue about it. Full version β
Something off in this thread? Send me a note and say which post it's on.

Read this bit first
Comments on a job listing are public, and the company can read them. If you work there now, or you're mid-process with them, post under a name they wouldn't recognise. It takes ten seconds and nobody here will think less of you for it.
One ask on how you write it: stick to what happened to you. My manager told me the on-call rota was optional lands harder than this company lies to candidates β and it's a lot harder to argue with.
